Chapter 14 - Hate/jealousy  
     
1.
 Hate is self-hate.  
2.
 Hate is rage.  
3.
 Hate is anger.  
4.
 Hate is violence.  
5.
 Jealousy is inner hate.  
6.
 Jealousy is inner rage.  
7.
 Jealousy is inner violence.  
8.
 Inner violence to the one who is jealous.
  
9.
 To hate, one must first hate themselves deeply.  
10.
 No denial of this fact, changes this truth.  
11.
 The bedrock of hate to others is hate to ones self, denial of ones self, depression of ones self.  
12.
 For hate to survive, it must be nurtered by deliberate ignorance.  
13.
 For the second awareness appears, hate fades.  
14.
 The moment self love exists, hate vanishes.  
15.
 Hate then needs darkness of ones soul, it needs dishonesty to thrive.  
16.
 Hate needs a diet of lies, grown by gardeners of hate.  
17.
 Hate needs preaches of ignorance, who show contempt towards truth and knowledge, for hate to spread.  
18.
 All hate is learnt.  
19.
 Rarely is hate spawned spontaneously, it always needs a teacher.  
20.
 So if one cuts off the head of a hateful serpent, hate can no longer spread.
