Chapter 11 - Contempt (ignorance) |
| |
1. |
Ignorance is delusion. |
2. |
Ignorance is denial. |
3. |
Denial of the true event. |
4. |
Deliberate blindness to common sense. |
5. |
Deliberate deafness to natural human instinct that tells us through feelings, something is wrong, something is twisted. |
6. |
Denial of something more. |
7. |
Denial of existence of. |
8. |
Ignorance is contempt. |
9. |
Contempt of awareness. |
10. |
Contempt of life. |
11. |
Contempt of self. |
12. |
So that when a person or group convinces us to deny what is true and believe what is false, |
13. |
When a group, a religion teaches us to deny ourselves, to believe black is white and white is black, then we severe our spirit from our selves. |
14. |
We condemn ourselves to be without the faculty of common sense. |
15. |
We deny ourselves the ability of instinct. |
16. |
We volunteer our soul to be entrapped by twisted and evil lies. |
17. |
We empower those who convince us of such madness to go forth and do such evil acts as murder. |
18. |
But in forgiving ourselves, in awakening our spirit, |
19. |
In opening our eyes to what we are. |
20. |
In opening our ears and our hearts to the reality of the world. |
21. |
We overcome such ignorance. |
22. |
For in forgiving those that hurt me, I help heal the pain within me.
23. |
And by healing the pain, I am free from all harm.
24. |
My mind is immortal. |
25. |
The body is an illusion. |
26. |
Nothing can hurt or touch the real me.
