  Article 12- Evil  
12.1 Evil  
  For as long as civilization has existed, evil has existed. Evil in terms of selfish, immoral, destructive and malicious acts towards other living beings and the world in general . Evil in terms of beings who personify such wicked behaviour.  
12.2 The existence of evil beings before men and women  
  The oldest stories and beliefs of civilization include the understanding that evil beings existed before men and women existed. beings that indulged in immoral behaviour, in wickedness and blood rituals.  
  These are the most ancient gods of many of the oldest religions, the first physical higher order beings that existed on the planet Earth before men and women existed on planet Earth.  
  In some traditions, these evil beings separated because of the birth of the first men and women, while other ancient traditions saw them as exiled prisoners cursed to live on this planet. Whatever the reason, the existence of these gods and their intervention in the history of the Homo Sapien species is a universal common thread through almost all ancient religions.  
12.3 Satan/Lucifer and our creators  
  In the ancient history that forms the religions from Abraham, it is the god we now know as Satan or Lucifer along with other senior gods that were our genetic creators. This history has been hidden and deliberately confused for thousands of years so that only a handful of people understand this, while most just worship "God".  
  So it has been, that as evil beings have existed, hell has existed and evil worshippers have also existed in positions of power and influence, dedicating their lives to the enslavement of mankind rather than its reformation.  
12.4 The treaty of Lucifer and the end of Hell  
  By this Covenant, by the will of the Great Universal Spirit and the Covenant of One Heaven, Lucifer and our creators have signed an unconditional truce whereby they have ceased all actions against mankind.  
  Furthermore, this treaty ends the war in heaven between good and evil spirits that heaven shall be united as One Heaven.  
  By this treaty, all demons and all fallen souls are called to cease all negetaive and influence and assist mankind in achieving its positive goals.  
  In return, Lucifer and the greatest of former demons are now recognized and respected as honored Great Spirits of One Heaven, with all the privileges of such senior rank. Furthermore, all demons who relenquish their ways are now recognized as heroes, themselves eligible for election and entrance into One Heaven.  
12.5 The isolation of evil organizations and evil men and women  
  By the will of the Universe, the authority of this Covenant, the Covenant of One Heaven and associated treaties, the only evil that continues to exist are those organizations dedicated to evil and those men and women unwilling to stop evil behaviour.  
  Those who seek to continue worshipping evil beings have neither proper authority nor influence. Their rituals have absolutely no more power, even if it involves human sacrifice. In contrast, the great heroes and great spirits who were once demons and arch-demons pledge to disrupt and render ineffective every and all ritual and ceremony dedicated to black magic.  
  Furthermore, those individuals who continue evil behaviour have absolutely no influence or patronage from the spiritual world. On the contrary, by their perpetuation of ignorance and unwillingness to accept the Treaties ending hell, they insult the very beings they claim to worship.  
  As a result, these people make themselves outcasts whom the greatest of all heroes dedicate their existence to exposing, to stopping their continued evil and to ensuring their failure until they repent and end their ways.
